The tasks are a varied and broad as the limits of our imagination, the customer’s requirements and the PA’s creativity. But going to the crux of the matter, we can establish that the responsibilities can be divided into the following fields: home/family, childcare, family leisure, health and personal care, services for the elderly, education, beauty and wellness, travel, the art of giving, celebrations and private events, entertainment, errands, caretaking of residences, transportation/mobility, shopping and hospitality.
Satisfying family needs could be said to be one of the most important services that a Personal Angel offers, because after all, being a PA means managing the complex lives of others, so that they cease to be complex and clients begin to truly enjoy their time, delegating various tasks to the person hired. What is the best way to provide this service? With personalized attention, in which spending quality time with loved ones is the priority. With guests the priority involves creating a hospitable environment by being the best hosts.
When we talk about family, love expands and work multiplies. In this particular case, we are referring to children. From the search for a nanny to the choice of a teacher for private lessons: piano, horse riding… Every detail is vital and powerful when it comes to children.
So the client can spend that precious family time, the PA is able to select the ‘top’ activities, the best experiences, customizing every detail with delicacy and determination.
Values are essential within the family. The most important one: Education. Collaborating with clients to find the most prestigious private schools so that their children can be educated there is another of the important that a PA fulfills.
Aside from caring for loved ones, the staff has to be another priority. A PA is always concerned with individual well-being, finding the most attentive services, which are adapted and suited to what the client requires, meticulously selected and always with one objective: their comfort and happiness.
We could go on for hours breaking down each of the areas in which a PA embarks throughout his or her professional career: from providing access to the most exclusive gyms and beauty treatments (beauty and wellness) to providing an exceptional trip absolutely à la carte, perfectly tailored to the taste, style and satisfaction of the client (travel concierge).
So what do we mean by ‘the art of giving’? This involves the Personal Angel taking care of everything when it comes to choosing the best gift, finding the best ideas, adapting to trends, the personality of the gift recipient, organizing the purchase of the gift and, above all, the way to express love, friendship or gratitude in a present.
Moving away from the home environment, the PA opens the door to private celebrations, from the most intimate to the most colossal and excessive. Of course, always according to the client’s taste.
Errands, leisure, free time… The Personal Angel takes care of everything so that a person can devote themselves to enjoying their life.
Likewise, the extension of oneself is always one’s home. And going on vacation, coming back and finding it perfect and taken care of during your time away is… almost magical. That magic is personal care, meticulously carried out.
Finally… although Lifestyle Management never seems to end because there are multiple spaces in which we operate, we must not forget to mention mobility, transportation: having a private chauffeur to move around in the strictest privacy. Furthermore, we offer a tailored shopping experience: accessing pre-sales campaigns, private launches, exclusive events, etc.
What is extraordinary about all this? Each action, challenge and task delegated by a client to a Personal Angel is unique, with a greater or lesser degree of complexity, but always with arduous and vigorous effort behind it, but with that touch of magic that makes it all seem simple. As we mentioned at the beginning: «the most important thing is the attitude».

¿Qué tareas extraordinarias realiza un Personal Angel?
Un Personal Angel realiza un trabajo con una gran gama de categorías y áreas, como una especie de ‘casillas de salida’. ¿Y cuáles son estas tareas tan aparentemente extraordinarias como ordinarias y cotidianas? A continuación, las repasamos… Brevemente pero también con detenimiento, de manera que quede perfectamente clara la gran diversidad, complejidad y eficaz trabajo que supone esta profesión. Y para llevarlo a cabo… Todo es cuestión de actitud.

Las tareas son tantas y abarcan tantos ámbitos como ilimitada es la imaginación, los requerimientos de los clientes, y por supuesto, la creatividad del PA, factor que también entra en escena. Pero yendo al quid de la cuestión, podemos establecer que estas funciones se dividen en estos campos: hogar/familia, cuidado de los niños, ocio familiar, salud y cuidado personal, servicios destinados a personas mayores, educación, belleza y bienestar, viajes, el arte de regalar, celebraciones y eventos privados, entretenimiento, recados, custodiar residencias, transporte/movilidad, shopping y hospitalidad.
Satisfacer las necesidades familiares podría decirse que es uno de los servicios promordiales de un Personal Angel, pues al fin y al cabo, ser PA significa gestionar vidas ajenas complejas, de manera que éstas dejen de serlo para que los clientes comiencen a gozar de su tiempo verdaderamente, delegando diversos cometidos en la persona contratada. ¿Cuál es la mejor manera? Con una atención personalizada, donde pasar momentos de calidad con los seres queridos sea la prioridad. Y, por supuesto, con los invitados que uno tenga, creando un entorno de hospitalidad siendo los mejores anfitriones.
Cuando hablamos de familia el amor de expande y el trabajo se multiplica. Con ello estamos hablando de los niños. Desde la búsqueda de niñera hasta la elección de un profesor para clases particulares: de piano, de ocio ecuestre… Cada detalle es vital y poderoso en cuanto a hijos se refiere.
Para pasar ese valioso tiempo en familia, el PA es capaz de seleccionar las actividades más ‘top’, las mejores experiencias, personalizando cada detalle con delicadeza y determinación.
Los valores son esenciales dentro de la familia. Y el más importante: la educación. Colaborar con los clientes para hallar las escuelas privadas con mayor prestigio para que sus hijos se formen allí es otra de las grandes acciones que efectúa un PA.
Aparte del cuidado de los seres queridos, el personal ha de ser otra prioridad. Y el PA se preocupa por el bienestar individual, encontrando siempre los servicios más atentos, que se diferencien y se adecuen a lo que requiere el cliente, seleccionados con meticulosidad y siempre con un objetivo: su confort y felicidad.
Podríamos continuar durante horas desglosando cada uno de los ámbitos en los que un PA se embarca a lo largo de su carrera profesional: desde proporcionar el acceso a los gimnasios y tratamientos de belleza más exclusivos (belleza y bienestar) hasta proporcionar un viaje excepcional absolutamente a la carta, perfectamente adaptado al gusto, estilo y satisfacción del cliente (travel concierge).
¿Y a qué nos referimos con ‘el arte de regalar’? A dejar que el Personal Angel sea quien se encargue de todo en cuanto a la elección del mejor regalo, encontrando las mejores ideas, adecuándose a tendencias, personalidad del ‘regalado’, a organizar la adquisición del detalle y, sobre todo, la manera de expresar amor, amistad o gratitud en un presente.
Ya saliendo del interior de un hogar, el PA abre las puertas a celebraciones privadas, desde las más íntimas a las más colosales y desmedidas. Como siempre, al gusto del cliente.
Recados, ocio, tiempo libre… Para que una persona pueda dedicarse a saborear su vida de todo ello se encarga el Ángel Personal.
Asimismo, la extensión de uno mismo siempre es su hogar de residencia. Y salir de vacaciones, volver y encontrártela perfecta y custodiada durante tu tiempo de ausencia es… casi mágico. Esa magia es asistencia personal realizada con minuciosidad.
Para finalizar… aunque el Lifestyle Management parece que nunca acaba porque hay múltiples espacios donde nos movemos, no hay que olvidar la mención a la movilidad, al transporte, a disponer de un chófer privado con el que poder desplazarse con la más estricta intimidad. Porque como hemos mencionado al principio: “lo más importante es la actitud”.
