The magic of living unique experiences: therein lies the luxury

We can apply this perfectly to what a Personal Angel or a Concierge does: creating tailor-made experiences for clients, just as they imagined but taken to the next level, by going the extra mile to make the experience sublime and only within reach of a select few…

Exceptional experiences and events in different areas: cultural, gastronomic, design… The essence is to produce moments that create memories that will last forever. Everything is possible’ is always the premise when it comes to offering these unique experiences.

 

By ‘events’ we mean creating private parties and celebrations for clients; Charity galas, a summer party, a spectacular proposal, a birthday in an unforgettable setting or even a wedding that fits the bride and groom like a glove.

 

After ‘everything is possible’, another key part of offering experiences is excellence, which must be present in each of the (seemingly) insignificant details.

 

For an experience to be considered almost heavenly, PAs must first understand what their client is like: their tastes, needs, age, habits, culture, position, possibilities… And a long list of small/big nuances that will be discovered as the professional relationship becomes closer, offering -and this is another one of the fundamental principles- exclusivity; Something unique, different, carried out with discretion and «available» but only in limited edition, through which the client understands that they are enjoying the most extraordinary experiences in the world.

 

Whether in culture, sports, fashion, travel, architecture or any other field, first and foremost, time is the gift we are giving… This is the value that Lifestyle Management always incorporates and superimposes. The idea of giving effective and profitable time, of letting emotions prevail over material things, is another elemental concept when creating experiences. It is a matter of «give yourself to your dream», and we will make it come true and improve it. There is a reason why they say that reality always surpasses fiction…

La magia de vivir experiencias únicas: ahí reside el lujo

 

“Disfruta de la vida, y ten cuidado con lo que pides; recuerda que lo obtendrás todo”, sentenció el guitarrista Pete Townshend. Podemos extrapolarlo perfectamente a lo que realiza un Personal Angel o un Concierge: crear experiencias a medida del cliente, tal y como las han imaginado pero a una escala superior, es decir, ofreciendo ese plus que las hace sublimes y al alcance de unos pocos afortunados…

Experiencias y eventos excepcionales y de todos los ámbitos: cultural, gastronómico, de diseño… La esencia es producir instantes que permanezcan en la memoria para siempre. El ‘todo es posible’ es siempre la premisa a la hora de ofrecer esas vivencias únicas.

 

Cuando nos referimos a eventos significa crear fiestas y celebraciones privadas para el cliente, ya sean galas benéficas, una summer party, una pedida de mano espectacular, un cumpleaños en un escenario inolvidable o incluso un boda que les encaje a los novios más que un anillo al dedo.

 

Después del ‘todo es posible’ podríamos asegurar que otra de las claves en ofertar experiencias es la excelencia, siempre en cada uno de los (aparentemente) insignificantes detalles.

 

Para que una experiencia sea considerada casi celestial el profesional ha de conocer previamente cómo es su cliente: sus gustos, sus necesidades, su edad, sus costumbres, cultura, posición, posibilidades… Y un largo etcétera de pequeños/grandes matices que irá descubriendo a medida que se vaya estrechando su relación profesional, ofreciendo -y ahí entra otro de los principios fundamentales- exclusividad. Es decir, algo único, diferente, llevado a cabo con discreción y dándole ese título de “disponible” pero sólo en edición limitada, lo que hace ver al cliente que está disfrutando de las experiencias más extraordinarias del mundo.

 

Ya sea en cultura, deportes, moda, viajes, arquitectura o cualquier otro ámbito, ante todo se está obsequiando con tiempo… Ese valor que incorpora y superpone siempre el Lifestyle Management. La idea de estar concediendo tiempo eficaz y provechoso, de que predominen las emociones sobre lo material es otro concepto elemental en el trabajo de brindar experiencias. Se trata de un “entrégate a tu sueño”, que nosotros nos ocuparemos de hacerlo realidad, y además, mejorarlo. Por algo dicen que la realidad siempre supera a la ficción…
