As a Personal Angel you have the responsibility to keep yourself updated, know the trends in all areas, both cultural and social; and of course, be aware of everything that happens around you, have an extensive network of contacts and know who you can trust, because in turn, the client is entirely investing their trust in you, delegating the tasks they need doing to you, putting them out of their mind because they are sure that you are perfectly capable of managing them.
After taking a look at the unlimited tasks and competencies that a PA requires, let’s dive deeper into the concept of creating an international community of personal assistants working in the private sphere. By creating this community of POWER PA, a fundamental force that is created to sustain this increasingly demanded profession, both as a new career to aspire to and as a new necessity for those who can afford it. Let’s not forget that we belong to a society in which the number of individuals with high purchasing power is increasing, and with it, a greater number of complex and extraordinary lives that urgently need coordinating, managing and taken care of with a magic wand so that everything flows and is handled perfectly.
There are several factors that members of this community have in common: knowing first hand about the cutting edge of the luxury and personal assistant industry, with information coming directly from peers who are dedicated to exactly the same thing.

So what else does belonging to a POWER PA community offer? Opportunity to make interesting contacts, direct access to ‘top’ events, unpublished and exclusive news within the sector,, the opportunity to debate, to share, to ask questions, and, most importantly, to connect.
The ultimate goal of the POWER PA community is to take the PA profession to the highest level of excellence, using basic resources, that are, at the same time, exceptional and extraordinary. That’s what being a Personal Angel is all about: being efficient and effective. We must go where clients can’t in order to make their lives as close to perfection as possible.

Power PA: la importancia de crear una comunidad de Ángeles Personales
Como bien sabréis, la profesión de Personal Angel tiene dos caras: por una parte, permaneces en contacto con muchísima gente, y además, de distintas culturas, esferas, ámbitos… Por otra, también se puede afirmar que -en la mayoría de ocasiones- se lleva a cabo en la más absoluta soledad.

Cuando eres Personal Angel tienes la responsabilidad de estar actualizado, conocer las tendencias en todas las áreas, tanto culturales como sociales; y por supuesto, conocer todo lo que acontece a tu alrededor, disponer de una red de contactos extensa y en quien puedas confiar, pues a su vez, el cliente que te contrata está dirigiendo hacia ti su entera confianza, delegando en ti y aquellas funciones que él requiere que realices, olvidándose totalmente de ello porque está seguro de que tú estás perfectamente capacitado para gestionar su vida… Esa área de su vida que ha dispuesto que tú puedas gestionar.
Y tras este recorrido por las ilimitadas tareas y cualidades que recaen en una misma figura, la de PA, vamos a lo trascendental de crear una comunidad internacional de asistentes personales en el ámbito privado. Con la configuración de esta comunidad, de este POWER PA, se crea esa fuerza fundamental para sostener esta profesión cada vez más en auge y con mayor peso, tanto como nueva carrera a la que aspirar como una nueva necesidad para quienes se lo pueden permitir. Pues no olvidemos que estamos ante una sociedad donde se va incrementando el número de individuos con elevado poder adquisitivo, y con ello, un mayor número de vidas complejas y extraordinarias con una ‘urgencia’ de ser coordinadas, gestionadas y casi llevadas con una varita mágica para que todo fluya y se maneje a la perfección.
Con esta comunidad de Ángeles Personales se ponen en común factores tan importantes como: saber de primera mano lo que se cuece en el sector del lujo y de la asistencia personal, con información que viene directamente de compañeros que se dedican exactamente a lo mismo.
