Anticipating the needs of each customer a profession or an art?

In a profession such as Lifestyle Management for UHNWIs, anticipating a client’s requirements is the key to success -whether it involves Personal Angel services, Residential Concierge, Travel Concierge, Butler services, etc. Talking about it is simple but putting it into practice is an arduous task that requires a combination of skills, knowledge, and strategy. The result is a true work of art: the savoir-faire that defines the unique distinction and excellence where every detail counts.

How do we turn this skill and proactivity into an art? It all starts with an exhaustive – and in-depth – understanding of the client. To achieve this, we must know their lifestyle (routines, tastes, dietary preferences, allergies, culture), their behavior and reactions, and, of course, their network of contacts and environment (family, friends, partners).

The next step brings us to one of our favorite words due to its powerful meaning: proactivity. This term, frequently used in professional settings, requires a high level of precision to execute effectively. It involves prior planning, foreseeing potential scenarios, and detecting behavioral patterns.

Many other aspects must be considered to stay ahead of a client’s requests: maintaining a highly structured network of exclusive, premium suppliers; demonstrating discretion, empathy, and confidentiality; and, above all, prioritizing their privacy.

“Everything starts from an exhaustive – and very deep -knowledge of the client”

We have previously analyzed the importance of constant training, resilience, and intuition. These qualities are inherent to the profession. Along with acting with elegance, being flexible and creative – while mastering the paradox of being invisible yet present – Lifestyle Management becomes a blend of art and science. Its impact is delivered through emotions, offering unique, impeccable, and sublime experiences and solutions. Quite a challenge!

they say themselves»
